As the Senior Credit Reporting Analyst, you will be working with a variety of data modelling and BI tools and will be entrusted to develop, maintain, and produce accurate Credit and MIS reports.

Implementing Continuous Improvement methodology to review and enhance existing systems and reports
Work with the other Reporting Analysts to plan and manage workload factoring in department needs, sharing knowledge and technical expertise with colleagues

Support any ad-hoc reporting requirements for specific presentations, meetings, or projects as well as any other ad-hoc duties required in line with the expected level of capability for the role

The Marketplace Merchandise Manager will be responsible for supporting and executing the overall strategic direction for our Outdoor Club Key Accounts through product line management. You will develop and lead the overall merchandising vision for respective business, create seasonal consumer right assortments and drive alignment internally and externally.

You, as International Tax Senior Analyst will support the tax department, and the broader business, by ensuring that tax is properly managed, while assisting with the design, implementation, and proper reporting of internal restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, and other projects needed to support the broader business.

You will achieve this by:
Participating in the global tax compliance process, including gathering and analyzing aggregated data, drafting calculations and estimates, reviewing tax returns, reviewing statutory accounting entries, assisting with transfer pricing, and confirming that tax initiatives were properly achieved and appropriately reported.
Helping with the annual provision process, including preparation of local country income tax provisions and return to provision true-up, in accordance with ASC740 principles in US.
Supporting various tax initiatives through analysis of international issues, including corporate development plans (M&A).
Assisting with any tax controversy.
Working on international acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations, by ensuring tax consequences are appropriately addressed.
Collaborating with the tax technology team to improve operations and data gathering, by identifying areas for leveraging technology solutions (e.g. in process improvements resulting in better efficiency and/or accuracy, and/or the implementation of those solutions).
Assisting with other special projects and day to day international items.
Working with Accounting, Legal, Treasury and other stakeholders’ groups, as well as external consultants.
Skills for Success
Professional accounting or equivalent certification (preferable).
3-5 years of international tax experience.
Post-master’s in accounting or tax (preferable).
Experience with multinational enterprises and consequences in multiple countries is a considered a plus.

Building and coordinating sales programs: re-order drives, TBD and MO initiatives by channel. Monitoring countries to ensure adherence to policies.
Providing market and product feedback and needs to product team.
Samples management for all direct countries, including defining sample set.
Cancelation management: responsible for reporting to Smartwool lead, Ops and Finance.
Inventory management: manages internal and external business requirements in phase with our Wholesales goals and company policies (preseason and in season go-to person). Managing the Never Out of Stock, Best Sellers.
Ensuring the team stays on track and can fully analyze performance and early identification of gaps to plan.
Forecasting and targeting (10%):
Developing Smartwool EMEA’s seasonal sales targets/forecasts based on fiscal year revenue budget and country feedback (bottom up /down approach, working in conjunction with Smartwool EMEA lead.
Working with finance, marketing, sales operations and Smartwool EMEA lead on:
Targeting: develop and deliver the overall seasonal targets by country, channel, strategic accounts and by category meeting financial budgets.
Forecasting: put in place forecasts by season, category, product, channel, country, agents, distributors and Key Accounts
Tracking monthly shipping targets through weekly conference calls with Operations, customers service and country managers (develop an effective process that provides accountability and accuracy).
Supporting Smartwool EMEA lead at the Sales and Operation planning meetings (S&OP) and establishing with the S & OP team the targets and action plans to deliver reorder, close outs and cancelation targets.
Coaching and leading (20%):
Managing two country-specific sales employees.
Establishing performance & development plans, enabling their growth within the company, coach and mentor, establishing metrics for evaluating their success and clearly communicate.
Establishing sales targets and plan of action for them to achieve.
Ensuring excellent, consistent communications.

Our Centre of Excellence (COE) provides operational support to the Supply Chain Customer Service function, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting, process management and compliance, training and operational readiness for change implementation. Making sure People, Processes and Systems are aligned to deliver the best service to our Customers.
As the E-Learning Specialist within our Centre of Excellence (COE) you will have the responsibility of enhancing the learning experience of the Customer Service team through developing content, driving the e-learning strategy and supporting the learning programme led by the CS COE Training team.
How You Will Make a Difference:
You will convert and develop basic/non-interactive/traditional training content into fully interactive, engaging, and motivational digital learning using Elucidat authoring tool.
You will work with the training team to design and develop SCORM compliant e-learning.
You will develop storyboards and scripts for e-learning and virtual live training.
You will upload and configure e-learning content into learning management system.
You will be preparing design assets – including imagery, animation, and video – using Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
You will integrate emerging instructional methods and technologies into e-learning.
You will analyse, select, and integrate appropriate learning approach and technologies and apply learning theory.
You will support the coordination of learning programmes and the administration and reporting of any learning activity.
You will have the ability to work independently and as part of the Customer Service COE Training team and across the business to see the e-learning project through to delivery and follow-up.
You will work collaboratively to successfully drive blended learning, embedding e-learning culturally into the organisation.
You will support facilitated activities and support programme launches – both face to face and virtually and act as a subject matter expert in CS COE for e-learning strategy and content, helping upskill the wider training team on e-learning content creation.
Skills for Success
You will have the ability to multitask and excel in a fast paced and international environment and will have proven working experience in learning and development or a training team.
You will possess technical skills with Elucidat, Workday, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Project management.
You will have the ability of utilising effective communication skills in visual, oral and written form to articulate complex concepts.
You will have excellent time management and stakeholder management.
You will have great communication skills in English. Any other European language would be great but not essential.

Founded in 2009, Altra Running is headquartered in Denver, Colorado. It all started when Golden Harper started cutting up and reconfiguring existing running shoes in hopes of designing something better. Along with co-founders, Brian Beckstead, Jeremy Howlett and Quirl Jacob Hansen, he came up with the idea for a “Zero Drop" shoe, meaning that the goal was to create shoes that lacked a height differential between the heel and toe area. When no companies expressed interest in the design, the foursome partnered with Pulse Labs (an engineering firm at Brigham Young University), contracted manufacturers in Asia and launched Altra Footwear on their own. GENERAL SUMMARY
The Trade Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving brand awareness, demand and advocacy for Altra with retail partners and local communities. He/she will drive and support topline sales through product knowledge education, brand merchandising standards, Trade Marketing initiatives, effective account communication and building of strong account partnerships. He/she will lead a team of Tech Reps based in key markets to expand adoption and maximise sales for Altra. This includes developing a training program with the Tech Reps to raise product expertise across retail store staff and T-Red ambassadors, leading sell-in presentations and elevating the quality of Altra’s brand experience in the stores.
